Our Villa Style 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment Home is renting for $2,000 including a grand kitchen with counter height seating area, washer/dryer in unit, walk in closet and a backyard patio area! This 698 square foot apartment is ready for you!
To apply there is a $50 application fee per adult, as well as a non-refundable administration fee of $250 for a 1 bedroom that covers minor maintenance and cleaning.
We do require renter's insurance.

Our clubhouse features a business center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center available for your use as a resident of Apex Villas!
We are conveniently located on the west side of Loop 289 and Hwy 84 with convenient access to the loop, and just a short distance away from Texas Tech, Lubbock Lake, shopping, and restaurants!

We are a pet friendly property and allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment, weighing 50 lbs. or less, but will consider certain breeds (We do have restrictions on breeds-so please check with us) that are bigger by doing a pet interview; management has the final say. Each pet is $25 extra a month, along with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. We also require DNA testing, the cost of that is a one-time fee of $55.
